This yellow catuai lot comes to us from farmer Bruno Henrique. Bruno has done a stellar job creating a cup that is lively and bright, rich and creamy and super clean. This coffee is a single-farm, single-variety (yellow catuai) selection. It's a past favorite of mine and great brewed hot or cold, making it perfect for the unpredictable weather of Springtime.
