Introducing Cat Nap Cosmic Curations, a name inspired by an illustration by smogfrogg, this series will highlight some of our most small but special, out-of-this-world coffee.

Anaerobic natural process

From Hacea coffee: Fragrance and aroma of cherry and tropical fruit, intense flavor notes of red fruits, blueberry and currant with an aftertaste of pineapple, tropical fruits and white grape. Bright citric and malic acid with a heavy body and syrupy mouthfeel.

Over 200 households deliver their coffee cherries to the Muhororo washing station where coffee is freshly pulped and fermented for 12-14 hours before being fully washed and dried on raised beds for 12-15 days.

This coffee helps support the Rugori Women's Crown Program.
