This coffee from Finca La Riviera and producer Julio Madrid is something special. Sudán Rume is an uncommon coffee to find produced commercially. More often it is used to help grow more common hybrid varieties that benefit from the sudán's disease resistant characteristics.
I sampled a lot of coffees to pick the perfect one to celebrate the opening of the Cat Nap Coffee Lab cafe space, and this is the one that best embodied what I am to explore with Cat Nap and especially the out of this world Cosmic Curations series.
